Meet The Team

Joy Petty, MSPT, CHC, Owner

Joy has a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University (LSU) and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from LSU School of Medicine. Joy is also a Certified Health Coach accredited by the National Society of Health Coaches, a program specifically designed for licensed health practitioners, and certified in Dry Needling by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

As a Certified Health Coach, Joy has obtained the clinical skills to effect deeper change with her clients. A Certified Health Coach engages clients to foster health behavior change and to address their health risks, chronic conditions, and disease.

In addition to being a health coach, Joy has over 24 years of experience as a physical therapist. She has worked in multiple areas of physical therapy, often as a home health therapist.

Joy is a kind and caring therapist and health coach who is genuinely invested in her patients’ health and well-being. In 2020, she moved from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and fell in love with the community. She saw an opportunity here to use her medical training to help the members of her community reach their full physical potential, thus achieving their best quality of life.

Cylie Lombardi, PTA

Born and raised on the Emerald Coast, Cylie Lombardi is a true local. Cylie graduated from the Gulf Coast State College PTA program in 2011. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, acute rehabilitation, orthopedic outpatient, SNF, and home health.

She lives in Freeport with her husband, Jaaron, son, Rhett, and their labrador, Finn. They enjoy hiking in their spare time and call themselves “fitness junkies.” But nutrition is her expertise–Cylie loves to cook healthy meals! 

In the field, Cylie specializes in pain management using myofascial release techniques, stretch therapy, and therapeutic exercise to get patients back to quality of life. She has experience in stroke rehabilitation; shoulder, hips, knee, and runner’s injuries; Parkinson’s Disease; knee and hip replacements; and much more!

Amy Lindsey, PTA

Amy Lindsey is a 2002 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Recreation with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. In 2004 Amy received her Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification from TMAA inc. Amy has been a registered certified yoga teacher since September of 2004. Her speciality in yoga is Hatha yoga and restorative/relaxation yoga.  

In 2006 Amy received her physical therapy therapy associate degree in Physical Therapy from Volunteer State Community College. Amy has been a practicing PTA for over 17 years. She has had the privilege of experiencing multiple settings while working with the same company for 16 ½ years. Amy’s multiple settings include outpatient, inpatient, acute care, swing units, long-term care, speciality hospital settings, school settings and home health. She has assisted with kids, orthopedics, neuro, aquatics (she has been certificated twice in aquatic therapy and obtains an AquaStretch certification that she still holds to this date), lymphedema, cancer patients,  deconditioning, balance, vestibular/vertigo, muscular conditions, and many other diagnoses referred by the DPT/MD.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, family, and friends. She enjoys reading, yoga, traveling and going to the beach.

Amanda Epps, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Dr. Amanda Epps, PT, DPT, MS, ATC, CSCS, is a dual-credentialed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Licensed Athletic Trainer with over 15 years of experience providing high-level, patient-centered care across the full continuum of rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University and has extensive experience in orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular and concussion care, and tactical sports medicine. Dr. Epps has worked with a wide range of populations from adolescents to geriatrics including active-duty military members, tactical athletes, and high-level performers, helping each patient safely return to the activities they value most .

Throughout her career, Dr. Epps has held specialized roles with organizations such as the United States Space Force, U.S. Army Special Forces, Air Force Academy, and O2X Human Performance, where she managed complex cases, supported injury prevention initiatives, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Known for her adaptability, clinical precision, and ability to thrive in high-demand environments, she is passionate about delivering individualized care that improves performance, restores function, and enhances overall quality of life.

Traci Duncan Green, PT

Traci Duncan Green, PT, is an experienced Physical Therapist with over 25 years of dedication to helping patients improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance overall quality of life. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Emory University and has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health. Traci has extensive experience treating musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and age-related conditions, with a strong focus on creating individualized care plans that support long-term function and safety.

Throughout her career, Traci has demonstrated a deep commitment to patient-centered care, working closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes both in clinical settings and at home. As the former owner of Coastal Physical Therapy, she provided both clinic-based and mobile services, helping patients remain safely in their home environments whenever possible. She is especially passionate about fall prevention, balance training, and empowering patients to maintain independence at every stage of life. Known for her compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail, Traci brings both experience and heart to every patient she serves.
